What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you use the enquiry form on our site, that includes:
- Your name and (optionally) your business name
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- The service you're interested in and your area of London
- Anything you write in the message field
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't collect any data about you beyond what you submit.
Why we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange your service. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request to enter into a service agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How your enquiry reaches us
To keep the site simple and secure, the enquiry form is handled by a form-delivery service called FormSubmit, which forwards your message to our email inbox. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our email is provided through Google (Gmail). These providers process your data only to deliver your message to us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers above that are necessary to run the website and deliver your enquiry, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; or stop using it. To exercise any of these, just email info@urbanpress.co.uk and we'll help.
Complaints
We hope to resolve any concern directly, but you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
